A sketched puppet show – An animated film based on Christian Morgenstern’s poem “A modern fairy tale”. The unusual approach, digital illustration and analogue animation, determine the look and feel of this animated film. The failure due to digital technology has turned into a film project, completely “back to the roots”, which once again deals with filmic staging, image detail and camera work.
Gezeichnetes Marionettenspiel – Ein Trickfilm zu Christian Morgensterns Gedicht „Ein modernes Märchen“. Die ungewöhnliche Vorgehensweise, digitale Illustration und analoge Animation, bestimmen Aussehen und Stimmung dieses Trickfilms. Aus dem Scheitern an der digitalen Technik wurde ein Filmprojekt, ganz „back to the roots“, bei dem es einmal mehr um filmische Inszenierung, Bildausschnitt oder Kameraführung geht.
